Kainjoo becomes Kainjoo SA and update the scope of its mission.

Gland, Switzerland, 01.03.2024 13:00 CET: Kainjoo (founded in 2012) is updating the scope of its mission in the official Swiss Registry to embrace its vision of being a leader in Brand-Technologies for Regulated Industries.

  • Kainjoo has been disrupting regulated industries for a decade through elegant branding, emerging technologies and operational excellence brought by Kaizen and 6sigma methodologies.
  • The new scope is broad enough to encompass the firm’s growth, including the participation or acquisition of shares in other companies and the structure of the position of leader in the Customer Excellence Management space.
  • With four business units and three sales divisions, Kainjoo has extended its global footprint with teams in Odesa, Ukraine and Mumbai, India. With the exclusive partnership with Netino by Webhelp, the firm can also bring an extensive international footprint for more prominent brands.

With a unique model merging consulting services with operational excellence, Kainjoo has blended creative thinking, emotional marketing and technology engineering into several companies looking to transform themselves using new business models. As such, Kainjoo supported the digital transformation of Gedeon Richter after the successful acquisition of PregLem in Geneva and ran the entire transformation of Ferring Pharmaceuticals from the mature portfolio to the digital health ventures.

Now facing a new step in its growth, the group is looking to extend its footprint abroad, starting with the participation and acquisition of shares in strategic companies, both service companies aligned in the value chain of the firm, but also tech companies supporting the data-driven transformation of Kainjoo’s customers.

“Growing organically is harder now than ten years ago”, shares Haider Alleg, founder at Kainjoo. “After starting Allegory Capital two years ago, it became clear that having both an organic growth and an external one will be the game changer for our success”. 

With the new form of working collaboration, Kainjoo has strategically formed alliances with companies such as Pulse Digital, Vakils Pre-media, Wirecode and more recently, the Concentrix Group with a unique partnership with the social media firm Netino. 

“This collaboration has helped us grasp the intricacies of regulated industries and helped us bring a strategic acumen to our offering”, shares M. Rigault, CEO of Netino. “We are bringing a talent army to Kainjoo capable of absorbing the global mandate the firm is gaining, going from strategy to delivery”.

The firm has also spawned off different ventures across the years, with Pupsic, a RevOps agency in Morges and Odesa, dedicated to small and medium enterprises, as well as Wirecode, a BPO firm dedicated to DevOps and Technology Engineering in Odesa and Kyiv. Both firms are also innovating and developing a venture studio for startups looking to have their own creative, marketing and technology teams.

From a product perspective, Kainjoo, through the Kainjoo Ventures, Kainjoo .life business unit, and Pupsic, developed Galinea, a social marketplace dedicated to Women’s Health, Hygiene and Beauty. This project gave birth to new modules that are used daily by the group, such as a headless web factory to speed up an online presence, a unique high-frequency and high-recency programmatic trading desk for precision marketing and advertising and a modular content management system for Veeva, Salesforce and IQVIA to handle edetailing and sponsored rep emails.

These changes in the firm’s strategy forced the board to simplify its name to absorb all its new activities and set sail for a clear and ambitious mission to disrupt regulated industries and global brands.
